It's really NOT as hard as it looks. Start with a liquid black eyeliner. Make C-like shapes around the eyelid (and on the eyelid if you want, too), it doesn't matter if they're perfect- leopard prints aren't perfect shapes anyway. You can add some specs and dots like this picture shows as well. Once the eyeliner has dried (wait about 10 minutes to be safe), you can fill in the black shapes you've made with a gold eyeshadow. Apply the liner and mascara you want to complete your look!
